全景移民咨询服务有限公司位于加拿大东部最大城市哈利法克斯市(Halifax)中心，公司拥有NS省外国劳工招聘顾问牌照，是在加拿大联邦和省两级政府注册的移民咨询服务有限公司。公司创始人詹博先生持有移民咨询牌照，属于加拿大注册移民顾问（Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant）有资质代理所有关于加拿大的签证及移民申请。

In Canada, the federal and provincial governments take immigration issues very seriously. They only work with authorized representatives who are either:

Immigration Consultants who are members in good standing of Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC)
Lawyers who are members in good standing of a Canadian provincial or territorial law society; and
Notaries who are members in good standing of the Chambre des notaires du Quebec.

Bo Zhan, President of Panorama Immigration Service Ltd, is a member in good standing of ICCRC. Mr. Zhan has years of successful business experience. Before coming to Canada, he graduated with a Bachelor degree in Economics from a renowned university and worked in the largest telecommunication company in China as a project manager. He also holds a Project Management Professional certificate from PMI of US.
